Refund policy

If you're not happy with MakeADS within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

Subscription refunds

7-day refund window: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
Renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for a refund unless there was a technical error on our part.
Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations mid-cycle — your plan stays active until the billing period ends.

Credit refunds

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits from a cancelled plan are forfeited at the end of the billing cycle. If credits were deducted due to a platform error, contact support and we will restore them.

Technical issues

If a render fails due to a bug and credits are deducted, we will restore those credits to your account within 48 hours. If the issue is recurring and affects your ability to use the platform, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email contact@makeads.design with your registered email, order ID, and reason
Or use the Contact form and select "Refund request" as the subject
We process all refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

GST

All prices include 18% GST. Refunds are issued inclusive of GST. A revised invoice will be sent after the refund is processed.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
